Dynamic Psychotherapy

I specialize in Dynamic Psychotherapy, which relies on the interpersonal relationship between client and therapist more than other forms psychotherapy. Dynamic psychotherapy is an umbrella term for many therapeutic modalities, and I have gained extensive training in several, including Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP), Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), and Psychoanalysis. Dynamic psychotherapy is comprehensive and has been shown to support long-lasting, positive results.

This approach is especially helpful for those looking for:
-
A deep understanding of yourself, including aspects that are currently unconscious, so you can answer questions like - 'Why do I keep doing this!?',
-
The ability to form and maintain healthy relationships (with yourself and with others),
-
The skills to get unstuck from repeated patterns or habits,
-
An increased resilience in the face of stress, with reduced tendencies towards depression, anxiety, somatic issues, addiction, or disordered eating.
