I specialize in Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP). This model is targeted at helping people who have been resistant to many other forms of treatment. It is comprehensive and efficient, with long-lasting results often achieved much faster than traditional forms of therapy. Most clients will experience a reduction in symptoms and an increased ability to find and maintain healthy relationships.
ISTDP is effective where most therapies are not, especially in cases of:
-
Emotional dysregulation
-
Treatment resistant depression
-
Anxiety disorders and panic attacks
-
Relationship difficulties
-
Physical symptoms which result in problems functioning (eg. pain, headaches, fatigue, digestion problems, etc).
-
Medically unexplained symptoms
